It seems that cases of torture committed at school is never over. It happened again to a 12-year-old boy who became victims of violence from his school that led to the death.
The child named Bailey O'neil, died on Sunday at a hospital yesterday after suffering a coma for few days.
The story began in January 2013, at a school named Darby Township School (Delaware), at which time Bailey attended the school breaks by his 2 classmates and then like there was a fight, and his two friends is seen jumping over him. Then finally he fell and suffered a concussion and a broken nose. He then suffered a seizure the next day. Since then, doctors pronounced Bailey's in a coma.
The school immediately suspended the both friends, but police have not yet determined whether they will be subject to criminal sanctions in the case.
While the family insists on asking for legal certainty and justice for the tragedy that befell their children.
Attorney Delaware area, Jack Whelan said that investigators are trying to find possibilities Bailey injuries caused him seizures.
Bailey's brother who is also studying the same school was taken out of school by their parents, for fear of going through the same thing as what happened to her brother.
