Be Positive Make Women More Longevity
A study of happiness and health found that women who have optimistic nature, likely died of a heart attack 30 percent lower.
According to the research, called 'Women's Health Initiative', the sense of excessive anger and anxiety have long been known to interfere with heart function because of its stability changes. Additionally, anger and anxiety also accelerate clogging of blood vessels and increase inflammation.
Therefore, research team leader, Hilary A. Tindle, MD recommends the importance of optimism and positive thinking. A positive attitude can be obtained with a simple way, such as recreation, watching movies or vacations.
In addition, building a relationship of friendship, meditation and make yourself more meaningful to other people also can make you far more useful and happier. So from now on try to always live life with a positive attitude to living longer.
